CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, we CANNOT make changes to it. Please be sure to double check that your order is correct before checking out.

HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Yes, we do offer expedited shipping! Please choose your shipping method of choice during the checkout process. Please note that when purchasing hair during our sale periods, shipping can take up to 7 business days.

ARE YOUR EXTENSIONS 100% VIRGIN?
Yes, we offer 100% Raw Indian Hair and also 100% Virgin, Brazilian hair. It is comprised of the highest quality and has little to no shedding.

HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE RECOMMENDED FOR STYLING?
The amount of bundles you need will be based upon the desired look your trying to achieve. For a full look, 3 bundles is usually required for hair up to 22 inches. Lengths over 22 inches we suggest 4 bundles for a more fuller look.

HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST?
Our hair can last for more than one year depending on the way you treat the hair. We recommend washing the hair with non-sulfate shampoos and conditioners as well.

HOW LONG WILL THE WIG LAST?
The longevity of your wig relies on you, your lifestyle and how well you care for it. At the most your lace will need to be replaced every so often. This time frame will depends on how you care for your wig and how often you wear it.

CAN I COLOR MY EXTENSIONS/WIG?
Yes, you can but we recommend hiring a professional colorist to help achieve the desired look that you want.

I PURCHASED A WIG BUT THE COLOR LOOKS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT IN PERSON VS FROM THE PICTURE, IS IT STILL THE SAME WIG?
Please keep in mind for any custom colored wig, when being replicated the color will be close but not exact. Phones and computer screens can not be relied upon to accurately represent colors. The color of each unit may vary depending on the lighting that was used in the image to showcase the product.

WHAT IS THE BEST STARTER WIG FOR BEGINNERS?
We recommend a basic closure wig to start with (NO BABY HAIR) as they don't require a lot of maintenance, and gradually upgrade to a closure w/ a frontal effect then a frontal to see which one suits you best.

I WANT TO ORDER A CUSTOM WIG AND HAVE IT INSTALLED BUT I DONT SEE THE TYPE OF WIG I WANT ON THE WEBSTIE, CAN I STILL PURCHASE A CUSTOM WIG?
