Taylor Bobbi Hair Studio does not offer refunds. When placing an order, make sure you choose the correct size, lengths, texture and/or color. All packages require signature confirmation, meaning someone must be present when the shipment is expected to be delivered. If there is an issue with your order it must be reported within 48hrs of receiving your package.

Taylor Bobbi Hair Studio does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped. We are not responsible for any lost items. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays or any courier delays. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not yet received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service and file a claim.

In the event that your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Taylor Bobbi Hair Studio you are responsible for additional shipping fees in order to reship with the correct address.

Pick Up Orders - pick up days are Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays. 10am-3pm. After placing order please text 302-414-9617 to confirm pick up day & time. If you have scheduled an appointment and would like to add a closure or frontal. Please do so on booking site as a add on, DO NOT select it for pick up on this site!

Please allow 3 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to be processed. Your order will then be shipped once processing has been completed at which time you'll receive an email notification. You can expect to receive your order 3-5 business days AFTER it has been processed.
